Exercises for Reducing Waist Size




Q: Advice for stomach exercises and how to work off increasing waist.

A: As I am sure you are aware it is not possible to specifically reduce or lose fat from one area of the body. Therefore the best way to lose your waist is to engage in regular exercise. I would recommend 4 sessions a week. 3 weights sessions and 2 X 40 minute aerobic sessions. The infamous 6-pack that so many of us chase is down primarily to one's diet and not the amount of stomach exercises you do.
