How to Calculate Protein Needs




Q: How do you come up with the right amount of protein for your body weight? Something times something? Thanks

A: There is no 'right' amount universal to everybody. I penned an article on the subject please take a look as I think it should help clarify the matter. Bottom line is that for bodybulding/strength 1 - 1.5 grams per pound of bodyweight spread over 5 -6 meals is a pretty good place to start! .
