When to Take Whey Protein Powder




Q: When should whey protien be ingested?

A: There is no hard or fast rule regarding protein consumption. The first thing you should do is determine the amount of protein you require on a daily basis. Once you have worked this out, decide how much you can comfortably get from your normal diet and ensure you get the rest from your Whey Supplement. If you were to eat three 'normal' meals then one could schedule your whey shakes between these meals and after your workout.
